Our mission is to use the game of baseball to raise up world changing leaders. Heroes.

We believe that heroes are ordinary people who do extraordinary things. Heroes choose their stories. They choose honor, courage, kindness and resilience. They press on when others quit until they find that seed of greatness buried in all of us. Heroes live their legends.

The story into which we invite our athletes and their families is The Hero’s Journey.  The monomyth.  This journey is paved with hardship and setbacks, and demands relentless perseverance.  It forges the type of character that can change the world.  We believe that the journey is the destination.  Heroes embark on the journey for who they become along the way.

A 5 Tool baseball player is the total package, hitting for both power and average, with elite speed, catlike defensive abilities and a dynamic arm.  A Hero however is more than a set of physical tools.  A Hero is also master of heart and mind.  A Hero wants the ball when the game is on the line.  A hero is working on fundamentals in the pouring rain and freezing cold when no one is watching.  A hero leads by example, modeling commitment to excellence in every aspect of their lives.
